Melodie Pazolt, Recovery Support Services Supervisor for the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery at DSHS, recently teamed up with a podcast out of Olympia called Talent Magnet to discuss Great Minds at Work and how the program helps people with mental health and behavioral health find and maintain employment.
Pazolt also discusses the benefits for employers of attracting and retaining individuals in recovery from mental health or substance abuse disorders.
